New Rating List: 2010 - 2015

The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) carries out a revaluation of all business premises in England and Wales every five years. The new revaluation came into effect on 1 April 2010, all properties would have had their rateable value assessed on the antecedent valuation date of 1 April 2008.
