Contico (Europe) UK Ltd who are based in Cornwall approached The Rating Advisory Bureau to review their Rateable Value. Although Contico had only recently been reassessed they were pleasantly surprised when we negotiated a reduction of £10,000
 
In addition to this unsuspected reduction, during our discussions and full investigation with Contico we discovered that some of their warehouses were unheated and not insulated, due to this we were able to negotiate a further reduction resulting in a £24,000 + saving in the 2005 - 2010 rating period.
