What happens next?

- We investigate relevant information to try to secure a reduction in rateable value
- Information passed to our surveyors to establish all possible grounds for business rates appeal
- An appeal will be submitted and discussed with your local valuation office
- Within a month of a negotiated reduction your local authority may issue a rebate backdated to 1st April 2010 and a revised bill with your lower business rates value.
